What does this mean?
At the moment, this design:

...is both in the store and in the workshop with days to go. I asked in the comment for the design what this meant, but got no answer. So now I'm asking here. What circumstances lead to this?

Oh, sorry for the confusion. It doesn't really mean anything other than that a design in the Workshop could also be published. I re-workshopped the design before realizing that it was to be added to the store, so instead of waiting a second full week we went ahead and "printed" it.
