“Another math-centric design that plays on three different themes, those being the value of pi (to 36 digits), an eye chart, and the term pie chart. In any case, it might be nice to walk around with some kind of pie on your chest. My guess is lots of people will stare trying to see if they can read the 20/20 line without even realizing they're looking at pi.”

I say replace the reversed E with a 3. It just looks jarring as is.

I prefer the backwards E myself because it looks very much like a real eye chart's E and takes the audience a moment to realize it's the 3 in pi. Making it a literal 3 eliminates the possibility of that realization and makes it seem less like a real eye chart. (Btw, some eye charts have E in all four directions, so my 3/E could also be along those lines: http://www.thirdeyehealth.com/images/e-game-eye-chart.gif)
